In our days, we all had to take turns in small groups to buy fresh produce for the kitchen from Nehru Nagar open market. Many of us learnt the price and, at times, names of vegetables for the first time because of that.

Please send the original file rather than a copy forwarded over WhatsApp, which strips out the camera details.

Tell us about it

With each photo, whatever you can give us:

  • your name and batch (e.g. PFM 2004-06) for the credit
  • a link to your profile on LinkedIn, Instagram, or your own site, so the credit points back to your work
  • a caption: what is happening, where, and roughly when
  • a few lines on the story behind it, if there is one

The team publishes it with your credit, usually within a few days. Camera settings are read from the file, so there is no need to type those out.
